Copyright & Photo Usage Policy

Information on this page must be read carefully, This document is evidence of our

Photos Usage Policy and this may be used against you in the event of a infringement

Section A - Usage of images from Social Media

We don’t upload any copyrighted content to social media.You can freely edit and use these images for free with no restrictions. We kindly ask however you give us credit on any social media posts you may create and include any watermark in all photos

Section B - Photo Usage from Stock 

Platforms

Photos from Stock Platforms must follow the Terms & Conditions of the platform and purchase the photos in full form. You must purchase the photos online through the stock platform at full price, DO NOT Attempt to remove any watermarks on photos because this is against the policies and Terms & Conditions.

Section C - Photo Usage from our Official Website 

Photos uploaded on our website are free to use as they are generally photos from our social media, However if your following a link to a Stock Platform you must follow the terms of Section B but if photos are on the website itself you are free to use the photos as Section A States

Section D - Usage of photos on Pinterest

We allow customers of Pinterest to download and use our photos for free, we only as you provide credit for our photos when using them, No photos on Pinterest are copyrighted ( Unless Stated )

Section E - Photo Usage for Exclusive Credit

If we are shooting a photo at your location, You may receive a email or dm from us with photos stating that you can use our images online, On social media we may invite you to contribute with our post. You may use these photos freely, If photos aren't on social media we will give you a token or image that you can use free of charge. If we contact you, we are giving you permission to use our images free of charge. Don’t hesitate to email back with any enquiries on this and we’ll be happy to help.

Section F - Photo Usage for Advertisements and Companies

For photo usage for advertisements & companies please email us or dm us on social media, Please provide information about how you’ll be using our photos and we’ll email you back with our approval and we will send you a link to the photos without watermarks and with a license. You may also need to send proof of the following

- Full Name of Company Owner

- Company Website

- Company Social Media Links

- Previous Advertisements

- Link to Reviews

- Contact Number & Email Address

- Store or Office Address

Section G - Things to consider before using our work

We've put work into these photos and they are intended for a specific purpose, not for fun! Please be respectful when sharing our work online and provide credit when needed.

Section H - Usage of Pysical Prints

When purchasing photos online through our physical prints shop you are purchasing the photo for your own use. You do not conatin rights to reshare this photo without permission. Your purchasing the phsical print for yourself and ask you don't share the photo you've brought online.

This policy describes how we keep personal information secure and how we protect the identity

of others during shoots.

The link to the Google Drive folder will be sent to the client only, the album won't be shared publicly as this is strictly against our policies, Photos can be shared from this album to Social Media, Websites or Spectators but albums must never be shared publicly as a privacy requirement.

Section A - Protecting Child Data

We blur out faces of any individuals we believe are under the age of 10 by default, we will

however keep faces unprotected for those who appear over that age. We will also hide any

logos or information that might identify them ( e.g school logo, name, etc )

Section B - Hiding the identity through names

We hide the name badges of people by default, we will also hide the company name if

requested to ( legal@t09kphotography.co.uk )

Section C - Hiding identity through request

We will hide your full identity by request to legal@t09kphotography.co.uk, this will only happen

if a request is sent

Section D - For Companies

We keep information ( E.g Employee Names / Roles ) safe and will blur out any part of the

image that might display this, We will try our best to hide the identity of staff members.

Content can be removed by request by emailing The Graphics Team at

graphics@t09kphotography.co.uk, Please be clear about what content you’d like removed ( E.g the photo with the cat on the grass ) 

This policy describes how photos can be used fairly after purchasing.

Section A - Photo Copyright

We don't protect photos by copyright once they're purchased this is because they are your photos and are now seen as your property, however the photos are still our work and we take responsability for them 

Section B - Ownership Terms

Once you purchase the photos you are not buying copyright status for those images meaning they can be used freely by anyone once they're uploaded online. If you don't want anyone using the photos we take you'll need to buy and register Copyright for them, Purchasing the photos is just you buying the photos from us, We can use your images as advertising materials and you must inform us if you add copyright from us, If asked during registration of copyright you must add us as the owner of the work.

Section C  - Ownership of Physical Prints

Once you've brought one of our Physical Prints you own the image for your benefit only, This means you shouldn't share the photo online because it's our work when purchasing a print your not buying the image your simply buying a print meaning ownership of the image is still by ' T09K PNG '

This policy describes the process of cancelling or refunding your order 

Section A - Cancelation over 1 week before the appointment  

You can cancel your request over 1 week before the planned event, you can do this by finding the confirmation email sent your email inbox and clicking the cancel button, alternatively you can email ' admin@t09kphotography.co.uk ' and let us know ! You'll receive a 100% refund in up to 10 working days 

Section B - Cancelation under 1 week before appointment

You can cancel your request under 1 week before the planned event, you can do this by finding the confirmation email sent your email inbox and clicking the cancel button, alternatively you can email ' admin@t09kphotography.co.uk ' and let us know ! You'll receive a 50% refund in up to 10 working days, you won't receive a full refund due to the planning that's been done for your event.

Section B - Cancelation on the day of the event

You can't cancel your request on the day of the event. You'll receive no refund due to the faliure of previous cancelation, Failing to pay the total funds you'll be reported to authorities. We only allow refunds from 1 week before the event date. 

Section B - Refunds after the event

If your not happy with how your photos tuned out or the experiance you recived you'll be able to request a refund by emailing ' admin@t09kphotography.co.uk ' you'll recive a 25% refund from your total charge.

1. I approve photos taken at bookings can be safely stored on our systems for future reference.

2. I approve that photos taken at bookings can’t be copyrighted, the photos taken are still material of T09K Photography.

3. I approve that photos taken at my booking may be reshared on our social media platforms and / or our website.

4. I will ensure that the environment the photographer is working in is secure and doesn’t have Anthony risks.

5. I approve that photography taken at my booking can’t be used elsewhere, this booking is mainly for yourselves and it’s not tolerated to be sent to other companies for use, this booking is just for you

6. I approve I’ll be available for payment at the event either through cash or card payments.

This policy describes the parties involved with bookings and ownership and affiliated accounts of T09K Photography 

Ownership of T09K Photography is by Tom J Probert, Affiliated accounts may upload information or related content to T09K Photography, all affiliated accounts will have " Affiliated Account " either in the " Bio " or the " Expanded Bio " if a profile doesn't contain this please see this as a " Unaffiliated Account " that's not owned or managed by us directly.

This policy describes the process of booking your order 

Section A - How bookings are accepted 

Once your booking is made, there's no guarantee of acceptance, the booking process is simply enquiring our services for that specific time and date. There's no guarantee of acceptance of the booking, for this reason we take payments in person for the event once the booking is accepted

Section B - Digital Purchase

After your booking gets accepted, you'll be asked when you'd like to make the payment. You can pay by Cash, Card, Apple Pay & Google Pay. These payments can be taken before the event or at the event itself.

Section C - Cash Purchase

Cash Payments are accepted but please note we don't have change so please have the exact amount of cash ready for us. 

Section D - Booking through Setmore

Bookings through Setmore don't include any functionality of payments digitally. Payments will be taken via stripe at the event.

Section E - Purchase of Prints & Cards through Stripe

We use Stripe to get payments from online customers. This allows us to take payments with card and Google & Apple Pay. The payments taken online are secured by Stripe and the only info shared to us is Date, Time, Price and the last 4 digits of the card number used to make the payment. Stripe allows us to refund you directly.

Important Banking Note - Your bank statement may show " Online Store " OR ' Stripe Payment ' with no specific name. It should show ' T09KPNG/DIG ' if it doesn't show the name of the company please don't be alarmed.

• We’re only available in the South Glos area, if we see your location is out of this area we will refuse your booking and you’ll receive a email regarding this matter

• Safety & Security is our top priority, if we believe your event may be dangerous or may be a risk to shoot we have the rights to refuse your booking, if we’re at your event and we feel unsafe we can also end the shoot at immediate effect, Safety is our top priority and we can’t stress this enough 

• If we find your being aggressive or are at a hatred state we may refuse to work with you, this can either happen in person or through online messages, if we feel the need authorities will be contacted.

Section A - Google Sites

Our website uses the " Google Sites " Program to host and add content to the website, This is the website that hosts and shares our uploaded information. 

Section B - YCode

Our website uses the " YCode " Program to add content to the website, this program is embeded into the Google Sites website and displays content added to it. Clicking buttons on the " YCode " Program will lead you to 3rd party sources while being on that program

Section A - Access on Mobile 

We've made our website accessible on mobile, we've checked the website is navigatable and that you displays all content correctly 

Section B - Access on Computer

The website on computer has a wider viewing point, it displays all content in a simple format and can be navigatable easily.

Section C - Acsess on Tablet's & Small Screens

Our website is accessible on Tablets and smaller screens in a  desktop view format

Section A - How we store your photos

We keep the photos we take forever, these are stored securely in Google Drive where both clients and photographers can view the photos. Access to Google Drive within T09K Photography is restricted to Admin(s) only.

Section B - Google Drive

Safety & Security is our top priority, if we believe your event may be dangerous or may be a risk to shoot we have the rights to refuse your booking, if we are at your event and we feel unsafe we can also end the shoot at immediate effect, Safety is our top priority and we can’t stress this enough 

If we find your being aggressive or are at a hatred state we may refuse to work with you, this can either happen in person or through online messages, if we feel the need authorities will be contacted.

Our budget as of May 2025 is as followed.

• Camera Accessories - £250

• Drone Camera - £450

• Drone Accessories - £250 

Section B - Subscriptions

As a Photography company we have many subscriptions that we need to deliver our work at the highest quality. Our Budget for subscriptions is as followed 

• Adobe Services - £18 Monthly 

• Cloud Storage - £10

Section C - Fees

Stripe - Processing UK cards is 1.5% + 20p, while EU cards incur a 2.5% + 20p fee 

Section A - Google Cookies

When visiting the website Google will ask you if you accept cookies, these cookies are managed by google and are not affiliated with T09K Photography.
